Unwinding the Deep: Why We Offer Myofascial Release Immersions

There comes a point on many healing journeys where weekly treatments or occasional classes no longer feel like enough. Not because they don’t help—but because something in you is ready to go deeper.

That’s why we offer 5- and 10-day Myofascial Release Immersions. These are not retreats in the traditional sense. They are intentional, immersive containers where you are supported—physically, emotionally, and energetically—to meet and unwind the patterns that have shaped your body and life.

The Body Remembers

So many of us carry pain or fatigue that doesn’t fully respond to surface-level interventions. We might have tried physio, yoga, therapy, or rest—but something remains stuck. Often, this “something” lives in the fascia: the connective tissue web that holds not only our muscles and bones together, but also our stories, protections, and emotional residue.

The fascia is where the body remembers.

It’s where we hold the bracing from past overwhelm, the grief we never had time to feel, the posture of pushing through.

Immersion: A Different Kind of Support

In our immersions, you receive 3 hours of hands-on myofascial release treatment per day, plus 1–2 myofascial yoga and self-treatment classes per 5-day block. The focus isn’t on “fixing” the body—it’s about creating space for it to speak, unwind, and reorganize in its own time.

For those who want to go even deeper, we offer double-therapist sessions—a uniquely powerful experience of being held and treated by two practitioners at once. These sessions allow the body to let go in more complex or layered ways, often accessing places that single-therapist work can’t reach as easily.
